How can we improve our appearance and shape, or achieve physical health without changing our lifestyle significantly? This is a question that many of us are asking themselves. We know that at first glance it seems right that sports habits could affect significantly the way we live. The truth is that it is not necessary for sports to become our way of life, but the essential thing is to have more movement into our life. We should use more our legs for transport than our car! If we have no chance to do so, we should work out at least 2 times per week (better 3 , but not everyone can afford it) - either in the gym, in the swimming pool, walk every weekend for two hours a day. Move as much as possible while we're at home, move tidying, move whenever we get a chance. It's better if we try to go to bed at night so tired of physical activity during the day, and asleep when we lay our head on the cushiоn.

Sport is a way of life for people who have been engaged in such an during most of their lives. Except mode of living to professional athletes, sports is a hobby for people who want to easily maintain shape, to look and feel happy and relaxed. It is not only a way to get free of the daily stress, but also means an increased tone and mood. Have you asked yourselves - "How to achieve higher effectiveness at work or more cordiality with my social relationships?". My answer is straight away - "By sports!", not only though, but sports convert our world into lighter and more optimistic one.

The word sport has its origins in the French desport, which literally means "leisure." Sports is
movement, action, freedom. We can not compare sports with anything else, it gives a special feeling of mastery of the situation. We are all thriving to control every situation throughout our lives. If man succeeds in taking control over a single activity thoroughly, one feels capable to organise his own life better.

If, by now, you have never done sports - just try it! Sports may transform you life for better.

I have never stopped loving sports for the last 15 years (although I have not done sports while my physical condition did not allow it). I have started doing sports by playing volleyball at the high-school, sometimes I was sprinting for fun, cycling also just for pleasure. At the moment I swim, do body-building, and when weather conditions allow it - go cycling in the nature. I am well-able to answer all questions in connection to sports and the intake of AquaSource supplements as completely natural sources of energy, strength and durability, which Planet Earth's nature has given to us.
